Last season, our guests were left begging for more of her mostrakia –a delicious appetizer from Mykonos made of barley rusks topped with chopped tomatoes, kopanisti (a salty, spicy cream cheese from Mykonos) and flavoured with fresh basil– and the famous Santorini fava – the yellow split peas purée coupled with the unique Santorini cherry tomatoes, chopped onion and capers.  Try her dishes, ask her questions and make sure you join the fun!
